If you have short hair (less than 4") or any concerns about your hair, please book an optional braiding consultation.

Consultations are required for all color services--no exceptions

Wash and blowdry comes with every appointment! To ensure that your braided service starts on time, we do ask that you come 45 minutes before your booked time if you'd like to be washed and blowdried!

A $75 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

If an appointment is rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance of the service, the deposit can be applied towards a rescheduled appointment. Limit to one reschedule per deposit.

All cancelled appointments, regardless of time of cancellation forfeit their deposits.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged for the full service. No exceptions.

If booking within 72 hours, you must reach out to us to book. Please note that we charge a squeeze-in fee or higher off hours fee, depending on if your appointment is able to be scheduled during regular business hours.

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will be charged a $15 late fee.

If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged for the full service.

We understand that your time is valuable as well. If we are running 30+ minutes behind your scheduled appointment without at least 2 hours notice, we will discount your service by $25.

We provide all hair (choose your color in the intake form) and supplies for your service, so all you need to bring is yourself and good vibes!

If you've had bad reactions to braiding hair in the past, please note this in your intake form and add on the ACV rinse option so we can properly prep the hair for you prior to your appointment

Up to waist length braids are included in the price of every service (unless otherwise noted). Please refer to this chart for a length chart to ensure accuracy when selecting length in your intake form

All clients and guests must be 10 years old or older. Guests identifying as cis women, trans women, and nonbinary AMAB/AWAB are allowed during your appointment time, but must sit in the community space and be respectful of others

Masks are recommended but no longer required. Please reach out to us if you have experienced any covid symptoms within 10 days of your appointment and we will have you rescheduled. Please also do not attend your appointment if you've had any undiagnosed rashes, open sores, or bumps.

Base prices include waist lenght, braiding hair, and a drink! Everything is customizable and it can all be specified during our booking process. Here's an overview:

1. Select your base style on the website

2. Select premium add-ons (things like designs, extra length, goddess hair, and beads)

3. Select free appointment preferences (things like hair color, complimentary drink, how much of your edges we should leave out, and how chatty you want to be with your stylist)

4. That's it! Show up for your appointment, sit back, and enjoy :)

Tablets are provided during your service so you can watch Netflix, Hulu, HBO, and Amazon. Please be respectful of other guests in the space and put in your (complimentary) headphones while watching!

Finally, a free drink will be served for everyone coming to The Braided Haus. We reserve the right to ID you!
